Notice is hereby given that the Olivehurst Public Utility District will receive sealed bids from qualified bidders on or before July 7th, 2026 @ 2pm at 1970 9th Ave., Olivehurst, CA 95961 (NO SUBMITTALS VIA EMAIL, MUST BE DELIVERED TO OFFICE) to provide and deliver two horizontal pressure filter that will be used to filter out manganese from the District Wells 29 & 30.This project consists of request for materials as highlighted in the bid documents below.

The project location is in Olivehurst, CA at the District Wheeler Water Treatment plant located at the southwest corner of Plumas Arboga and Arboga Road as shown on the cover sheet of the Bid set Drawings.

There is NO MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting as part of this project.

Do not hesitate to ask for clarification and an addendum can be issued. All questions must be received by June 26th at 2 PM.

Notice to Proceed has been updated to July 30, 2026 and Filter Delivery date updated to April 15, 2027.

NOTE: This is NOT a prevailing wage job as it’s an equipment related item to be delivered to the District.
