2022 OPUD REDISTRICTING

Notice is hereby given that the Olivehurst Public Utility District has prepared draft redistricting maps per the 2020 Census in accordance with Elections Code Section 22000. Said maps can be found on the OPUD website and are available at OPUD’s office by contacting the Board Clerk.

The OPUD Board of Directors will have public meetings on February 17, 2022 and March 17, 2022, at approximately 7:00 p.m. via Zoom, as well as a Community Workshop on February 17, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom and March 4, 2022 for the purpose of discussing the 2022 redistricting boundaries and receiving any public comments. Then on March 17, 2022, at the conclusion of the public meeting, the OPUD Board of Directors may adopt the 2022 redistricting boundaries.

If you’d like to participate in any of the OPUD Board meetings via Zoom, please email britchie@opud.org. You will then be provided with a link to join the Zoom meeting. Details of each OPUD Board of Directors agenda are also available on OPUD’s website.
